Jose Romero started his fitness Career back in 2000. He began as an AFAA certified personal trainer, but it didn’t end there. He is also certified in AFAA Kickboxing, and Golf conditioning. If that wasn’t enough, Jose is an IDEA Boot camp instructor, and IFPA core conditioning specialist. To top it all, he is also certified by The Spencer Institute as a Personal Fitness Chef. So along with a great workout, your perfect meal can come with it too! Jose is currently certified by ISSA, and is Bilingual in English and Spanish. |

Christian Cooper is a diversified trainer. With a 6 year background in martial arts, with a concentration in Judo, Christian knows the discipline it takes of body and mind to be physically fit and maintain that level of fitness. Christian is an ISSA certified personal trainer, much like our other trainers, but Christian is also certified in Russian Kettle bell training by Underground Gym. With his diversified background Christian brings with him a vigorous training regimen each and everyday to the gym, and a serious attitude to help his clients reach their goal, of a higher level of fitness. |

Souzan Hernandez is a ISSA Certified Personal Trainer with a Bachelors Degree in Exercise Science Health & Physical Education. She assists clients in establishing personal goals and teaches them to view mistakes as necessary steps to mastering new skills. Providing individual feedback, she reinforces accurate techniques and applauds personal accomplishments. She provides concrete instruction to improve form or technique, maintaining focus on the fitness objective at hand, never criticizing the client. This methodology has resulted in a secure learning environment, conducive to dedicated and continued practice leading to mastery of fitness skills. She believes in focusing on the client and continually influences, observes and evaluates clients’ performance, and physical health. She is part of a team within a client’s life, collaborating with them to develop synchronized solutions to physical and health issues.
Souzan’s skills as a personal trainer are constantly evolving however she continually recognizes personal accomplishments, and reinforces accurate techniques. As a personal trainer, she will create a highly productive practice environment, encouraging all clients at varied levels of ability to continually seek individual growth. |
